Employee Management, Time Clock & Labor Reporting
Your POS already knows who rang what and when. Running your time clock through it means labor cost sits next to sales in the same report, which is the only way to tell whether you were overstaffed on a Tuesday.
What this includes
- Clock in and out at the terminal or on a handheld
- Breaks, overtime flags and shift reporting
- Labor cost as a percentage of sales, by daypart
- Role-based permissions and discount limits
- Manager approval for voids, comps and refunds
- Tip pooling, tip-outs and declared cash tips
- Per-employee sales and performance reporting
- Export to payroll
The honest version
The permissions piece prevents more loss than any other feature we configure. Letting every employee void a sale, apply an unlimited discount or open the drawer is how small, steady shrink happens without anyone stealing dramatically. Setting limits by role takes twenty minutes during install and is worth more than most of the hardware on the quote.

Industries we do this for
Employee Management & Time Clock: common questions
Does the time clock export to payroll?
On most platforms yes, either as a direct integration or a file your payroll provider accepts. Tell us who runs your payroll and we'll confirm the specific path.
Can we stop staff from giving unlimited discounts?
Yes, and you should. Discount ceilings by role, with manager approval above them. Same for voids, comps and refunds.
Can we see labor cost against sales?
Yes, by daypart, which is where it's actually useful — it tells you which shifts are overstaffed rather than just what you spent on labor overall.
Does it handle tip pooling?
Yes, including pooled tips, tip-outs to support staff and post-close adjustments. We configure your structure during setup and test it against a real pay period.
